What is Nisus ?

It is a solution that, through computer vision, verifies whether the fiber fusion has been carried out correctly based on the information provided by the fusion machines used by technicians.

How it Works

Once the fiber fusion is completed, the technician takes a photo of the result using their mobile phone.

Our Computer Vision technology is capable of recognizing the fusion machine model and interpreting the image: its indicators, attenuation values, cutting angles, and even detecting the presence of bubbles in the fiber.

Nisus Benefits

On-site control point

This technology enables a control checkpoint directly at the installation site to verify that the fusion has been carried out correctly.

Rails in the operation

Technological innovation in processes to integrate the fusion check within the overall operational workflow.

Reduction of future faults

Through computer vision, we reduce future fibre incidents for the end customer, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

Management Platform Nisus 2.0

With the 2.0 evolution, we now offer a management platform where you can access all the statistics of the fusions performed, with different permission levels and role-based functionalities.

User and Administrator Profiles

The user profile will have access to usage statistics of the solution, detailed logs, and updated reports in Power BI.

The administrator profile will also be able to create and manage the users that the company decides to authorize.

Record Details and Monitoring

The validations of the completed fusions can be viewed both in a summarized format (line by line) and in detail, including the captured photo, cutting angles, and the final condition of the fiber.
